Complementary Therapy
For Gut Health, Anxiety & Deep Muscle Relaxation
You already know your head and your body are in constant conversation. This is about calming the overactive signalling and gently shifting habitual stress responses that keep your nervous system locked in fight or flight. We work alongside your medical care, never instead of it.
Stress lives in your body. In your jaw. Your shoulders. Your belly. Your diaphragm. We work with chronic, unconscious tension to help your body release what it has been holding onto. When your body physically relaxes, your mind often follows.
If your gut feels unpredictable, uncomfortable, or constantly on edge. We work with your body's natural rhythms to support digestive comfort, a calmer gut, and a greater sense of ease.
Hypnotherapy may help soothe the overactive alarm system that keeps you on edge. We work gently with your nervous system to help you feel more grounded and present, less overwhelmed by daily stress, and more in control of your thoughts and feelings.
Counselling Support
A safe space to talk — for your mind, and your gut.
Stress and emotions can affect the gut through the gut brain axis, sometimes showing up as bloating, cramps or irregular bowel habits. Speaking with a qualified counsellor may help you manage the emotional triggers behind these sensations, supporting a sense of calm. It doesn't replace medical care but can be a helpful part of your overall wellbeing.
Our counsellors offer a safe, judgement free space to talk through challenges like anxiety, low mood, stress, bereavement, relationship difficulties, chronic illness, or life changes. You don't need a diagnosis to reach out.
